User Conduct & Content

Noiz reserves the right to remove any content that violates community standards, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, or fraudulent event ratings. Users must be at least 13 years of age to connect on the platform.

In no event shall Noiz or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Noiz's application, even if Noiz or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
